Portsmouth Chiropractic, Gatcombe House, Copnor Road, Portsmouth, PO3 5EJ.

First established in 1995, the clinic we took over had a long history of providing first class physiotherapy in Southsea. With the opportunity to merge some of the most effective therapies in relieving pain and discomfort, Kings Road Clinic, a truly modern multidisciplinary clinic was born in 2010. The clinic housed chiropractic, a consultant clinical neurophysiologist and consultant rheumatologists, private GP consultations, physiotherapy, sports massage and podiatry.

In 2015 the purely chiropractic element of the clinic had grown and developed so much so, that we moved to the 17th Century, Gatcombe House and became Portsmouth Chiropractic, where we have gone from strength to strength with excellent relationships with local consultants.

BSc. (Hons) BSc. (Chiro) DC

Katherine began her university studies at Kings College London in 1999, gaining her degree in Biomedical Science, specialising in Physiology and Neurology. Having decided to apply for graduate entry into Medicine, a slip and injury to her back, took her into a chiropractic clinic.

After receiving wonderful care and making an astonishingly quick recovery she decided she wanted to make a real difference to peoples’ lives in this way, and went on to study for a Chiropractic degree instead of Medicine.

Having graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2007 she went onto practise in London’s Canary Wharf, and then in her home town of Southsea, Portsmouth.  Later in 2010 she decided to set up her own multidisciplinary chiropractic clinic in Southsea and then in 2015 went onto develop Portsmouth Chiropractic, based within the beautiful 17th century Gatcombe House in Copnor, specialising in simply chiropractic care.

“I really enjoy my job. I see patients come into the clinic on a daily basis, in pain or discomfort, and I get to make a real difference in their lives. I see patients improve and do things they thought they could never do again, put simply, this is the ultimate in job satisfaction.”

When Katherine created the concept behind Portsmouth Chiropractic, she knew how important an experienced practitioner striving for the very best in patient care was.  She was determined to combine easy access, convenient booking and first class care, all in a comfortable setting.

Katherine is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and a member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA).
